►The process of establishment

  The Eighteenth National Congress of the CPC and the third Plenary Session of the 18th CPC Central Committee made clear that the market plays a decisive role in the allocation of resources.
  Establishing fair and open market rules, encouraging social investment to participate in the distribution of national productivity are also advocated by the new Administration.
  As an economic province in China, private capital investment plays an important role in the total investment of the whole society, which is crucial to the development of Jiangsu's economy.
  In September 2015, Jiangsu Federation of industry and Commerce, Wuxi City Government made a special report on the foundation of “Sumin Investment”. In October, the provincial Government Office made a reply that the Jiangsu provincial Government encourages the foundation of “Sumin Investment” and promotes the preparatory work under the principle of “market operating and enterprise voluntary”. In Apr.25, 2016, the shareholder agreement was signed by all shareholders and the first shareholder meeting was convened. In June, 2016, Jiangsu Non-state-owned Investment Holding Co. Limited was incorporated in Wuxi City.
